Colin is a member of the law firm Applegate, Quinn & Magee
located in Madison, New Jersey.
Colin has years of experience in estate planning and administration. He has across the board expertise in the preparation of
wills and trusts and in handling the related estate and gift tax issues. Colin also has extensive
experience in advising closely held businesses and handling the sale and purchase of businesses and
real property. Colin is also the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Spring Lake Heights.
Colin received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Providence College, a law degree
from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York
University School of Law.
Prior to joining Applegate, Quinn & Magee, Colin served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable
Patrick J. McGann, Superior Court of New Jersey, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division,
General Equity and Probate Parts, Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, Colin is a member of the New Jersey
State, Monmouth County, and Morris County Bar Associations.
In addition to practicing law, Colin is a Member of the Trust Advisory Committee for First Morris Bank &
Trust and a Director of a multi-national Corporation.
