Professional Experience: Mr. Greenfield's practice has focused
on supervising, implementing and enforcing the domestic and international
trademark portfolios of large and medium size corporate clients, including
planning and supervising of domestic and multinational litigation
and administrative proceedings; conducting worldwide trademark searches
and evaluating possible problems in adopting trademarks, either in
a single country or in a global state; coordinating and conducting
due diligence searches for merger and acquisition activities; counseling
clients on increasing options and obligations resulting from the rapid
growth of e-commerce; establishing and implementing trademark-Internet
protection and enforcment programs; negotiating and preparing licenses
and other agreements and counseling clients on the worldwide use and
protection of intellectual property. Mr. Greenfield joined Pitney,
Hardin, Kipp & Szuch LLP as counsel in January 2001. |
