John L. Kemenczy, Esq. received a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from the City University of New York-John Jay College, an Associate Designation in Risk Management from Upsala College/Insurance Institute of America, and a Juris Doctorate form Seton Hall University School of Law.
Prior to entering the private practice of law, he spent five years in the Legal-Risk Management Department of University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. Mr. Kemenczy came to this position following employment with an international risk management firm.

Highly regarded by his colleagues, Mr. Kemenczy is admitted to practice before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Honored with a number of significant professional appointments, Mr. Kemenczy is a Rule 1:40 Court-Approved Mediator and Certified Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau National Arbitration Program. He is a member of the National Ski Patrol and has served as their New Jersey Regional Advisor for Risk Management Services.
Mr. Kemenczy is a member of numerous professional associations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Seton Hall Inns of Courts.
Outside of work he enjoys family, skiing, golf, and is active in
his local community.
